Zappi Onboarding Guide
1. Go to your myenergi myaccount https://myaccount.myenergi.com
2. Sign in or create an account if you haven’t already done so
3. On the side bar click on the location tab, then click myenergi products
4. Find the zappi you wish to enabled OCPP for and select OCPP settings
5. Select Manual / Other and enter the details of your OCPP service provider.
6. Copy the Splash URL provided. wss://cpms.splashrenewable.co.uk/
7. In the “Backend URL” field, paste the URL copied from Splash.
8. ChargeboxID: By default this is the serial number of your Zappi.
9. Username: For best practice this should match the chargeBoxID. If you do change the chargeBoxID you should also change the username to match.
10. Authorisation Key: Leave this blank.
11. Accept the terms and conditions and select “Enable”.
12. Open Splash app. In the Splash app: My charger > Add new charger.
13. Please don’t use the QR scanner and enter your Zappi serial number to proceed.
14. Follow the instructions to finish setting up your charger. After a minute the charger should appear on the map and you can start sharing on Splash!
