No. Your charger only opens up to people who've booked, and you see exactly who's coming before they arrive with Know-your-guest (KYG). Only verified guests can book.

Once you've signed up, message us on WhatsApp. We'll confirm your charger is supported and walk you through connecting it, step by step. You can also follow the connection guides for your brand. It's a one-time setup.

Yes. Splash only steps in during a guest's booking or your own scheduled charge. The rest of the time, your charger works exactly as it does today.

We're working on insurance options for hosts right now. In the meantime, it's worth checking whether your home or charger policy already covers other people using it.
