Your Ohme account, made in the Ohme app

Step by step

  1. Open Splash Share.

Go to My chargers, then tap Add new charger.

Splash Share, the My chargers screen with the Add new charger button
  2. Choose Ohme.

Pick Ohme from the list of charger brands.

Splash Share, Which charger do you have?, the list of charger brands with their models
  3. Continue with Enode.

Splash links Ohme chargers through a connection partner, Enode, so the next few screens are theirs. If it asks for your charger brand, pick Ohme again. It shows what Splash is asking for: to read your charger's data and control its charging. Tap Accept and continue.

Enode's screen with the Ohme logo: Splash requests access to read charger data and control charger charging, with an Accept and continue button
  4. Sign in to your Ohme account.

Next, sign in with your Ohme account, the one you use in the Ohme app, and approve what it asks. You'll come straight back to finish.

  5. Choose your charger.

You'll see the chargers on your Ohme account. Tap Connect. Can't see yours? Tap I don't see my charger.

Enode's Your chargers screen: chargers tied to your Ohme account, one ready to connect, with Connect and I don't see my charger
  6. You're connected.

You'll see Connection successful. Tap Complete to go back to Splash.

Enode's Connection successful screen: your charger, Connected, with a Complete button
  7. Switch off Approve each plug-in.

In the Ohme app, go to Settings, then My charger. If you see Approve each plug-in, switch it off. While it's on, your charger waits for you to approve every session, so a guest's charge may not start. Don't see the setting? Your model may not have it, and there's nothing to change.

  8. Finish setting up in the app.

Your charger isn't live yet. In the app, add your charger's details, including at least two photos of your parking space and the way in, so guests can find it. Once you're done we'll know, and we'll post your Splash QR sticker out to you so guests can scan it to start a session.

Splash Share, Add charger info: Help your guests find you, with photo slots for Access directions and Parking space
